QUALITY ASSURANCE

TLCU is proud to meet all of the following quality and compliance standards:

TLCU’s Quality & Compliance Advantage

✅ NDIS Registered Provider

✅ WALSA Approved Provider

✅ ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certified

Why this matters to clients and referrers:

  • Services delivered under three independent quality frameworks

  • Consistent, safe and accountable care

  • Strong governance, risk management and continuous improvement

  • Confidence that systems are audited, monitored and maintained

This level of combined compliance is uncommon in prosthetic services and reflects TLCU’s commitment to best‑practice care.

Quality is not one accreditation. It is a system.

Patient Assisted Travel Scheme

The Patient Assisted Travel Scheme (PATS) provides financial subsidies for eligible WA country residents to reduce the cost of accessing the closest specialist medical services that are not available locally.

All PATS claims processed from 1 July 2025 will be processed at the new subsidy rate of 40 cents per kilometre.

Subsidies are not intended to cover all travel costs with recipients required to pay the difference between the subsidy amount and the actual cost of travel and accommodation.

PATS is a subsidy program funded by the Government of Western Australia administered through WA Country Health Service. Ask us for a form!
